About the Policy
The purpose of the Residential Stormwater Management Incentive Policy is to encourage property owners who are proposing redevelopment/additional impervious improvements to provide additional stormwater management above the required storage volume, calculated using the New Home and Existing Home Stormwater Management policies.

This policy also applies to existing homeowners who are not increasing impervious area but want to add stormwater management systems to assist with existing drainage issues or to simply incorporate best stormwater management practices.
