Pine/Avon Stormwater Improvement Project:
This week excavation efforts continued in the new stormwater basin. 2 full days of excavation took place which equates to 600 loads (6,000 total cubic yards) leaving the site. Additionally the new 48” storm sewer installation continued down First Street heading from east to west. The storm installation will reach Poplar Avenue sometime on Monday, which will mean that the RR crossing will be closed for a few days and detours setup.
